I recently moved into one of their rentals about a week ago and I needed my water heater flushed the maintenance manager. Greg is absolutely 100% a standup human being. This man went above and beyond, and I was in a predicament with my vehicle and didn’t know if I was gonna meet him in time and he offered to pick me up from the shop bring me to my residence. He started his work and then was extremely kind enough to bring me back to the shop so I could pick up my truck. I would recommend renting through this real estate team just because of their maintenance man and Amanda Wood who has dealt with me for my rental process, has also been extremely polite and very attentive and very timely with handling everything.

From before we even listed our property to the closing of our home, they have been there for us. There were a few stressful moments but this team handled everything beautifully and with complete business dignity. We could not be happier. Quite honestly the best and most customer serviced based experience in coastal empire I’ve had in real estate in 20+ years. Highly recommend this team and Cecilia. You need to at the very least.
