Condensation pump was broken, noticed it last night (Sunday) and called in to leave a VM. Expected a call today (Monday) but instead got a call back from Len who booked a time for today and Hakim came first thing. Super professional, figured out the problem, fixed it and said have a great day. I haven't even got the invoice yet but honestly don't care. This problem was noticed and fixed within 24hrs with Hakim in and out in about an hour. 100% recommending them to anyone whos needs. FYI I literally never do reviews out of sheer laziness but they 100% deserve it.

Len and his team are total professionals. I was on vacation had a hearing emergency and called on a Sunday morning. Was called back within 5 mins and Len was at my help within about an hour assessing the problem trying to fix it. In the end we opted for new Furnace and the Installation was done 2 days later and super happy with new furnace. Installer team was clean polite amd professional.

Len and his team @ Tempasure are nothing but 'top shelf' when delivering a service. My home has availed of their attention for years now; they are accountable, pleasant, responsible & take pride in what they do. I would refer these guys in a heartbeat!!

Our hot water tank sprung a leak at 1 am on Boxing Day, leaving us without water for bathing or dishes. Our previous HVAC company didn’t have the capacity or inventory to help us out. We were desperate enough to contemplate locking into an interminable rental agreement! Thankfully, a friend passed along Len’s name and contact info. He got back to me within 15 minutes, listened patiently to our problem, and talked us through different options — all this while he was on holiday! There was no pressure at all — he didn’t try to up-sell us or even cajole us into choosing his company. A few hours later, he had solid quotes for us, and had figured out how to get us a new tank installed ASAP without having to pay jacked-up holiday-hour premiums. Everyone involved in the process was truly lovely — and vigilant about COVID protocols. About a day later, Hakim came by to remove our old tank and...

Len and Ram at Temp-a-sure were terrific- both in the initial phases of my researching new steam humidifiers for our home and in the install and follow up. I would definitely recommend their services and trust that they will do the best job as quickly as possible and be trustworthy to follow up with any concerns or issues.

Len and his team strive to provide the highest quality service and product. I called on a Sunday morning with a malfunctioning furnace circuit board and they were able to assist by text and eventually in person. Repair was scheduled on the Monday and we were up and running in about 24 hours. I can't speak to the competitiveness of their price but I would recommend to anyone looking for competence and professionalism.
