Tempasure Inc

We are currently receiving Diamond Service for our heating and a/c systems. We first came across Tempasure when we had an a/c failure. Len was prompt, helpful, and reasonable. We later had Tempasure install a new furnace and a/c unit as our reached the end of their useful lives. Over the last five years or so Tempaure has been helpful, prompt and quick to respond, sometimes without costs as the time our heating was sputtering due to my not changing the filter in a timely manner! We are real fans! You will be too. We recently could not figure out how to stop the fan from running constantly. A technician promptly came by and fixed everything!

Update: We called Tempasure to perform annual maintenance on the combi boiler they installed a year ago. Ty was very professional and explained everything that he was doing. He finished the job in the time he said it would take and made sure everything was operating properly and the work area was clean. We'll definitely call him back for our next appointment.

We called Len for advice with regards to our old boiler. We had also been considering to change our old water heater tank for a tankless model. After talking with him we decided to change them both for a combi boiler, a tankless water heater and boiler in one small package.

His installation team came and carefully took away our old boiler and tank and worked hard through the day to get everything done. They made sure we were happy with everything before they cleaned up and left.

Tempasure has excellent service. My thermostat suddenly stopped working on Sunday afternoon. I texted Len. He sent Ty on Monday morning. He was able to fix my old thermostat and check my heating system. Everything is working great again.

I recently noticed that the heat in my home wasn't reaching the target temperature as quickly as usual and called Tempasure to investigate the issue. Len immediately picked up my call and arranged to have a service call that afternoon. Ty arrived when expected, explained what he was going to do to diagnose the problem and remedied what was causing the issue. I have come to rely on Tempasure for providing responsive, trustworthy and reliable service - thank you Len and Ty!

Ty came promptly and coped with what he was presented with. (I had said maintenance on 2 furnaces, it turned out to be crisis averting.) He was polite and helpful throughout.
