For the past 3 years, Len has consistently been my reliable resource for addressing HVAC issues. He exudes kindness and professionalism. This summer we had to replace our 10 year old air conditioner. He was able to diagnose the problem and get a replacement until within a week. The replacement was not only cost effective but also a very good unit that fit into the specifications of our townhouse unit. He went out of the way to find this specific unit for us.

We were very fortunate to find Temapsure as the owner of our previous company retired and closed his business. Daniel came and did an annual maintenance - he was teriffic - took the time to explain to us what he was doing. He will be coming back soon to service our Navien.

Needed to replace a slowly dying 24 year old HVAC system. Found this company online and went with them because of the many positive reviews, and because the initial exploratory phone call was very reassuring. Len, Robert and the whole team were very professional and downright likeable (one of the installers even bonded with our dog.) The work was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. I called Tempasure for the first time on the recommendation of a friend to service my two furnaces. They were very quick to respond and set up an appointment. The first person to come was a little inexperienced, but did the job. I noticed some water on the floor the following morning so called back. Len came back immediately with the same employee to figure out what the issue was. It ended up that we required one new furnace. That was two days ago and the new one was installed today! Ty came to do an annual maintenance inspection of both furnace and a/c. He removed a dead mouse from the a/c (yuck!), cleaned the components, took the necessary readings, and when the a/c wasn’t working as expected, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and replace the part, all while providing clear answers to my curiosity questions.
I’ve used Tempasure before and will gladly use them again. I know I can trust the Tempasure team with my hvac.

We had Len come to our house a few weeks ago to give us a quote for a new furnace, air conditioner, air cleaner and humidifier. Len looked at our existing system (which was about 23 years old) and made recommendations for a new system. He explained why he chose everything and how it would work. He also gave us several options to choose from in our quote, while informing us about which of the options he felt would be best. Over the following weeks while we were making our decision, Len answered all of our questions and was always very quick to answer. We sought several quotes and Len’s was not the cheapest but his quote was the most thorough and his answers made us feel the most comfortable. Len told us that the installation would take most of the day and may require more time the next day. Thankful for the team at Tempasure. They've been maintaining my heating system for several years now. When I recently decided to install central AC, I requested quotes from a few companies. Tempasure offered best value for investment: long and short term. Len (the owner) was available for all questions as I decided on my unit. Installation went smoothly and according to my requests. He provided me with honest info and never tried to up-sell me. When a component of my furnace broke down the following winter, Len did the same thing again. He explained all my options so that I could make an informed decision. Great communication and service--a pleasure to do business with them always. Highly recommended.

I had an emergency as my old water heater was leaking rusty water and had burst a panel. I spoke with Len from Tempasure and seeing the state of my old heater, decided to replace it. The guys from Tempasure were efficient and careful. True professionals, Tom and his partner set to work and finished the job seamlessly, also accommodating my requests regarding positioning of the new heater. I am 100% pleased with the work!

Tempasure quickly diagnosed the problem with our old boiler.

Once we decided to replace it (it’s discontinued and parts will get more expensive over time) they worked with us to design and install a new system: a condensing boiler and indirect tank.

Len and Tom are a pleasure to communicate with, punctual and responsive, and, to my untrained eyes, did excellent work.
