Very pleased with Adam and Len to get our water heater tank replaced!

VERY impressed and so thankful for Tempasure!! I had been dealing with a dysfunctional A/C / Furnace for almost a year; 5 different companies previously could not figure out what the problem was and I was about to buy a whole new unit out of pure frustration. As a last ditch effort I posted on Homestars and Tempasure was the only company to respond to my plea. They diagnosed the problem on a Monday and had everything working back to 100% by Thursday. Great customer service in an industry severely lacking in customer service skills!! I will be recommending their services to anyone needing work done!!

After some days of having no air conditioning I was fortunate to get in touch with Tempasure. Len contacted me promptly and was extremely helpful in finding a solution to our problem, even though it was the weekend, and other companies had given us a 1-2 week wait. Adam arrived and worked quickly and efficiently to get our air conditioning up and running. They are both very professional, competent and knowledgeable, as well as courteous, and provide excellent customer service. Adam took the time to explain some things to me and answered my questions. We are very relieved to have had our problem resolved quickly, and appreciate the dedicated and excellent service we received. Thanks Len and Adam!

The guys with Tempasure were great! Len was quick to respond to our call, which was very much appreciated. We showed him our problem and he was able to diagnose it quickly and properly. Adam came by to do the repairs to our air exchanger unit. We have a small space and the unit was in a difficult to reach place; but Adam attacked the job with a plucky smile. Adam was also a good sport for being on the receiving end of some barking from our little old blind dog. The job was a difficult one and the guys did very well, and at a decent price too!

When I called Len, our AC had not been working for 3 weeks. I have a small child and an elderly house-guest coming for a week and I'd tried in vain to get other companies to come diagnose the problem - they all refused to come out and even look at it, because the unit is on the roof of our townhouse. We'd already had the person who installed it check and he said it was "fine" and it was struggling as a result of the heatwave. We paid him but it was not fine.

Len however, called me back only a few minutes after I had left a message. He was appalled at our previous technician's indifference (I liked him immediately!) He arranged everything with me and had Adam come out and do a diagnostic the very next day! We had leaks to the service valves AND the evaporator coils, which had not even been looked at previously. My wife called Len on the Victoria Day weekend. He came round the next day and diagnosed a problem with our external AC unit. He talked us through our options, gave clear details on the work involved and costs etc. We had a new AC unit within 48 hours (due to a broken compressor). We’d highly recommend Len and his company.

Our A/C died during the last heatwave and we needed help fast. Len came by on a Saturday to evaluate and recommend the units we would need. The following week his crew was there to install all 3 Ductless units. Not only is Len polite, courteous and respectful of your home so are he's crews. Not only would I recommend Tempasure but we plan on using them in the future for our HVAC needs.

Tempasure made our installation really easy. Stephen installed it for us and did a great job of explaining what we would be in store for as well as how long the process would take. He was very efficient and finished the job in one day.

From the moment we first called Len until the new unit was installed we have been very happy. Len was always fast to reply to texts and followed up with phone calls to answer my questions. Adam came to install the new unit and we were very impressed with his workmanship. He showed up on time, cleaned up everything and was very polite. We would definitely recommend Tempasure.

Had called Len about our furnace which stopped working on a Saturday. He showed up a couple hours later and quickly discovered that our 25 year old furnace had seen its last days. He quoted a replacement and was 40000 btu smaller than my existing. He said it was all I needed based on the size of my house. I was impressed that he didn’t try to sell me a direct replacement as I wouldn’t have been the wiser. The installer Adam showed up a couple days later after our energy audit was done and was very thorough with the job. He made sure everything was cleaned up and working perfectly before he left. Overall very happy with my new furnace and the work the Tempasure team has done!

Great service! Called them on a Sunday and not only did they pickup immediately, we were also able to get an appointment quite quickly during this heatwave (The worst time for an AC to fail!). Was super impressed with the fact he walked right over to the unit and as soon as it started, he was able to diagnose the issued and fix it swiftly. Would highly recommend.

I got Len into my new home to get some help/advice on an underperforming HVAC system. He had some great ideas, but also had a great recommendation on a duct company that could help put the pieces together on why we had little heat on the second floor. I have not yet decided to change my furnace, but I did decide to use Temp-a-sure to install a water-on-demand unit. Adam who installed was friendly, quick and thorough. We are extremely happy with the unit! I'll be sure to use these guys in future. Very knowledgeable, very trustworthy.

I can't write enough good words to describe our experience. Customer service was extraordinary! They were knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. We were so happy with the product and how they installed it. They even followed up to make sure that we were happy after they left. We will definitely be calling them back for other jobs.

Len was great! Was at my home within 3 hours of the call (at the beginning of the window of time he estimated), was very pleasant and knowledgeable and got right to it. His repair was done within the hour and he made recommendations for future care and est. life left in my furnace.

Tempasure has the best customer service I have ever experienced. My furnace broke down in the middle of winter, I have 3 kids under 5 and an elderly dog. We went for two days with no heat and were told from multiple companies that our furnace needs to be replaced at a cost of 9-10k. I stumbled across two great reviews and called tempasur and the owner had Adam their within two hours. It took him one hour to get my boiler up and running at a cost of $180.00. It saved us. I cannot thank this company enough for their honesty and integrity.

Within hours of reading a glowing review of Tempasure on a neighbourhood Facebook group my own furnace stopped working. I called them the following morning. Len was here before noon and had my furnace up and running in about a half hour. Though the fix definitely required the services and experience of a professional, no new parts were necessary and the issues were thoroughly explained. He also followed up later in the day to make sure things were still working. I’ll likely need to replace my furnace in the near future and will definitely call them back.

Len and his colleagues are one of the most customer service oriented companies that I have come across. They do amazing work at reasonable prices. In addition, Len often considers the lowest priced solution to one's needs. Perhaps most importantly, is that Len will be there when you need him, be it the coldest day of the winter or the hottest day of the summer. And don't be surprised to receive a follow up call....part of business that seems to be often neglected. I highly recommend this company.

Len came to look at our furnace when we were having some issues. He even helped us to solve a problem while he was away on vacation by calling and walking us through some troubleshooting procedures. He did not push to purchase a new unit to solve the problem. I did not feel that we were being taken advantage of and pushed to spend a lot of money. This is the first time that we have had HVAC service that did not make me feel dissatisfied. I would not want to use anyone else.

Temp assure is the only company I will even consider using or recommending for any heating or Air conditioning needs. This past summer our air conditioning broke during a heat wave. Len took my panicked phone call at 9:00 at night and showed up first thing the next morning and got it running again. A month later it stopped working again (completely unrelated issue) on the day we were heading on vacation. Len came without hesitation and worked his magic. He also checks afterwards to make sure everything is still working as it should. If you need someone to fix your furnace or air conditioning Len is the person to call!
