After so many glowing recommendation, we had Len Minuk /Tempasure install a new air conditioner in our home today. Doing business with him and his technician, Anthony, was a total pleasure.
In just 36 hours from the time I contacted him, he sent out Anthony to look at our old unit, gave us quotes on 2 different systems, ordered the one we wanted and had Anthony comeback today to work 10 hours straight to install everything.
We are THRILLED with the service we received and highly recommend Len.

I came across Tempasure through HomeStars, when our AC suddenly failed. Tempasure is rated 99%, and I can see why. During a summer heatwave, Len came the same day I called, and diagnosed that we were out of freon. What’s more, he let us know that our AC and furnace were too small for our house. A week later, Adam installed a new AC and furnace in about half a day. Install couldn’t have gone any smoother. Adam even brought his own red carpet to keep the floors clean. Len said we would notice a big difference, and he was right. After a dozen years of an upstairs that never cooled down sufficiently in summer (and an AC that ran constantly), I find myself writing this review with a sweater on. So nice to have an even 22 C across the whole house. Tempasure was also competitively priced, based on another quote we obtained. Thank you Len and Adam.

My air conditioner was acting up of course on one of the hottest days of the summer.

Len came recommended from a friend who had used him before and said he was awesome. I'm a person to use someone through Word of Mouth as a first-hand experience. I called Len in the morning, and as luck may have it he had a technician in my area 6 houses down on a call. Anthony came to our house and checked out our system and it was determined we had a leak.

So we weighed the options and decided that a new unit would be the best for us in the long term. That was a Friday. By Monday afternoon I had a new system that works amazing with a great warranty for parts and labor.

The communication with Len was perfect and easy, he is a pleasure to deal with.

I originally found Len to fix a few fireplaces and he exceeded my expectations - he did everything the right way so we wouldn't have future problems and even generously had his guys come back when we embarrassingly just had a battery replacement issue. When my mother's furnace went out in -20 weather while he was on vacation, I contacted him for advice and was pleased to find his quote was the best and, knowing her health condition, he could prioritize her so she would have a new boiler in a few days. He also offered to have heaters brought over on a holiday weekend. Adam, his installer, was so kind and courteous. They've earned my trust and we'll be having them back to do the A/C unit in the summer.

When your furnace suddenly gives up, not only your body, but your mind gets freeze up as well. You need to act fast, but you don’t know how… facing such a big expenditure, you need a trustworthy advisor. In our case we were lucky to call Len. He walked in, made the assessment of the problem and gave us a quote. The very next morning his mechanic Adam was in the house and by the end of the day we had a new furnace (and air conditioning) warming us up.

I had a new furnace and tankless heater installed a year ago by another company. During the recent cold snap, the intakes began to badly frost up, at which point I realized all the venting was incorrectly installed. Not wanting to go back to this installer because of my concerns with their work, I put out a request here in homestars and got a quick response from Len at Tempasure. He sent out Adam the next day to look at it, whom I could tell within 2 minutes of speaking with him clearly knew what he was doing. He managed to clean up and rectify the mess the previous company left behind. I’m confident In the quality of their work and would definitely give them a shot a bigger jobs in the future.

We had an awesome repair experience yesterday when our furnace broke. This man came straight away after I called to ask for help. (He was en route into the city!) By 10 a.m., our furnace was repaired and the house began to warm up. He was quick, effective, service-oriented and most importantly, nice to cats!!! I highly recommend him.

Top notch service for our furnace. The extension on our house had vents but no air coming out so we were stuck using the in-ground baseboard, which costs a fortune to run. Even the inspector couldn't see a way to get it working. I called Tempasure and Len was immediately on it. He sent Adam to diagnose the problem and within a day we had forced air heating! We couldn't be happier with Tempasure. Highly recommended!

These guys are absolutely fantastic. We lost our heating over Christmas and Adam came out on Boxing day to take a look at the furnace. The service was second to none. He was there exactly when he said he would be, explained exactly what was wrong and how the pricing works. I would highly recommend this company, they are doing everything right and deserve all the success that comes their way.

Our furnace stopped working and Len came within a couple of hours. We needed a new furnace. Adam, the technician came on a Saturday morning days to install the new furnace. Did a great job at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I originally called Len to service my furnace. His thoughtful additional comments on the details of my home's water heating and cooling equipment led us to hire him to install a new Navien tankless condensing gas water heater to replace our inefficient electric tank rental. I had previously received a quote for water heater replacement from another contractor and I had been prepared to give the job to him, but Len's product assessment and energy efficiency advice convinced me to change course.
