I dealt with Len to organize the repair from start to finish. He was very accommodating, patient and efficient. The service tech (Moe) who came over was similarly accommodating, patient and efficient. He explained the issue and kept me updated on the progress of the work. The work was done in a couple of hours and the issue was rectified. I would recommend this company without any hesitation.

Had Temp-a-sure a couple of years back replace my A/C. This time around needed to replace the furnace. Price options were provided so you have some choice in terms of how much you want to spend/budget. Everything went smoothly and Adam who was the service installer was very friendly and informative during the installation process. Len provided a follow-up call to ensure everything went well afterwards as well which was appreciated.

Had a great end to end experience with Len and Adam. Had a 12 year old a/c unit fail to cool, and after calling a few companies, chose to reach out to Len to check it out. Len came and confirmed there was refrigerant leaking due to the unit short cycling. Even though I was hesitant to have to replace the entire A/C unit, I believe he provided an honest assessment, as well as a few pricing options. In the end, I decided to replace the unit with a new American Standard model (incl. same branded evaporator coil).

After booking the installation, Adam arrived on time, and made it a smooth installation. He had a great demeanor the entire time and was patient with answering any questions I had. Completed the replacement/installation within 3 to 4 hrs, even considering there was a small delivery mix-up that he took care of.

We highly recommend Temp-A-Sure. Our furnace failed 2 years ago and in the cold in mid December called Len Minuk. Len promptly responded, professionally assessed our home requirements and recommended an American Standard Energy Star 2 stage variable speed 60,000 BTU furnace. It was installed right away (great installation work, cleanup) and the furnace has been very efficient and we have had no problems. Recently however, with our changing weather and a warmer winter, we had a problem with the house humidifier connected to the furnace. New furnace being more efficient wasn't allowing the humidifier to run as often (thus not providing sufficient humidity in the house), since the humidifier was only operating while the furnace heat flames were on. Len promptly came up with a creative solution and arranged for his colleague Anthony to correct it. Thanks again Len for the great service!...

My furnace stopped working at 2am when the temperatures were -25C. After freezing all night I called Tempasure at 9am to see if someone could come out to fix my furnace. Someone answered my call right away and after placing the request I had a response 5min later from Len who kept in constant touch about the appointment and his arrival. He arrived less than 2 hours later and got my furnace working again! He was super knowledgable, helpful, went the extra mile and was great to deal with. Thanks so much Len & Tempasure!!!

Great service! Had a heating problem and within 2 hours Anthony was here to sort the problem out. It didn't take him long to diagnose the problem and now we have heat. He and Len, the owner, were friendly and helpful.

Update 2: A Tempasure technician was scheduled and was able to fix my heating issue within an hour of arrival. The on-site technician Adam was fantastic. Though the initial interaction started off poorly with Tempasure, I can truly say that after my discussion with the owner over the misunderstanding, that everything after has been great and as expected (especially for a referral).

Update 1: The owner Len has reached out to me and we have had a discussion on what happened. It appears to be an oversight and we have worked out a deal so I have changed my rating to reflect this positive interaction.

They were recommended to me by someone who got a big job done by them. I had a heating issue for which I thought they could help. I was told that they were responsive to emails but there were absolutely no responses to several that I sent. It's not too cold yet so...

Very conscientious interactions over the phone with Len, the owner. The technician came out the very next day after my call and discussion with Len. The person was extremely knowledgeable and interest in both solving the problem with my furnace (which has been working only intermittently over the last few weeks) and providing guidance and information on things I needed to consider going forward, mostly about options regarding a new furnace. He is a top notch professional. Very articulate, clear and polite. Very pleasant and efficient gentleman

This is our second service call, and Len and his team (Adam) never disappointed us. We actually called Len for maintenance of our 20-years old furnace, and our furnace broke right before the day of the service call. Adam investigated and gave us 2 options. Because of our first service call, we trusted Len and Adam. We decided to go for the second option - change for a new furnace. Len gave us a good choice based on our budget. Adam (again) did a great job - very professional, thorough and considerate. Now, before Toronto's first snow comes, we had our strong and new furnace heating our house! I had Tempasure replace my water heater. I had a very positive experience and found them to be very professional. Overall workmanship was good and work was completed as agreed. We'd definately hire them again.
