I first went to NE Spinal Care in August 2023. I had back pain for weeks. Nothing would relieve the pain, no meds, or doctors. A trusted friend recommended Dr Smyth, so I went. I am still grateful to both. I have been seeing Dr Smyth ever since, most times for a little maintenance other times when needed. He has always been able to help, which is life changing with back pain. I continue to recommend him to friends. I trust Dr Smyth.

Dr. Smyth is the best in the area! You won’t find someone with his expertise in all of New England. My daughter, myself & many of my clients have gotten amazing results in a short period of time! Is this amazing? I owe it to Dr Andy from New England Spinal care, whose regular care made this moment possible .Standing atop this mountain, with its 360-degree panorama, is indescribable.The ascent to 4.,000 feet was arduous , marked by numerous obstacles, including severe muscle cramps that left me unable to walk. However with the skilled guidance of my chiropractor ( hiking buddy).we found a flat rock to facilitate an adjustment, and i successfully reached GARFIELD SUMMIT. ( Proud to say the 11th mountain I hike and the third 4k feet mountain this year ) Looking

My visits at New England spinal care has been super helpful.
I am a 25 year old that is dealing with some pretty serious chronic issues that no other doctor has been able to help much.
Dr Smyth was able to see how out of alignment I was in my neck and my back , causing sign I can’t stress on my nervous system and pain all the way to my head to my left foot.

I started seeing Dr. Andy after moving to MA from Washington State. I was specifically looking for help dealing with the impact of a severe neck injury that happened back in the 1980's. Additionally, I was looking for someone familiar with NUCCA type of chiropractic care. My entire experience at N.E. Spinal Care, from walking in the front door, through treatment, has been exceptional. Dr. Andy has had a consistent attitude of "what can make things better, with an emphasis on long-term well-being.

An unexpected benefit from the care I have been receiving has to do with my heart health (history of multiple, stress-related, cardiac events and high blood pressure). I have gone to other chiropractors for years. They always crunched my back and twisted my neck. It would always feel better (for a while), but the next week I would be back, needing the same adjustment. Then I found New England Spinal. Dr Andy's approach is to look at the spine from the head (the genesis of the spine) all the way down to the tail bone. He then looks at and relieves the patterns in the body that are twisting, compressing, misshaping the spine so it can resume its normal state. It is phenomenal the work he accomplishes!

Dr. Andy has been instrumental in treating the Meniere's Disease vertigo that I experience on a frequent basis. I've had years of experiencing no improvement (and worsening of symptoms) with regular chiropractors and I now only trust upper cervical chiropractors. In doing extensive research, I've personally found that Dr. Andy is the best in the Boston area and I highly recommend him. Also a big shoutout to Lisa who is extremely kind and personable. She always finds a way to fit me in last minute for emergency sessions and makes me feel at home upon walking in the door. Thank you New England Spinal Care for all your work and ongoing care!!!

I have told anyone that will listen about NE Spinal Care. I had severe spasms in my upper back. I saw a chiropractor, got a deep tissue massage, and went to an MD three times. I got no relief. A friend told me about Dr Smyth and Lisa at NE Spinal Care. At that point I would have tried anything, and I am so happy that I did. Within a few visits I had a massive amount of relief from the pain. I am back to my regular activities and grateful every day for the relief I got from Dr Smyth.

They do great work here!! Lisa is extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Andrew has helped me through a concussion, brain fog, and various aches and pains due to my physical job and lifestyle. If you are considering New England Spinal Care as your regular chiropractor or to fix an injury, etc. I would highly recommend their care.

I was looking for a place that specializes in nucca chiropractics and found something better. Dr. Andy’s holistic approach helped improve issues I’ve been having my whole life. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking to alleviate pain!

Dr. Andy does an amazing job. After a year of severe back pain, with one treatment I could walk in relative ease. Our entire family comes to him for treatment. I consulted Dr. Andy 2+ years ago about a 4 yr old 'slow to heal' hip injury with occasional pains (such as getting in /out of cars) and within 2 months of regular bi-weekly sessions I was happily pain free. He also has helped me with high blood pressure and sleep apnea so nowadays I use CPAP device for only 6 hours a week (down from 40 hours per week) and no longer take HBP meds/lisinopril! Recently he helped me through post covid recovery. Dr Andy is always coming up with new techniques and its always good to see my progress results that he tracks with each session. His type of chiropractic technique is uniquely focused on the neck area to release deep fascial misalignments and is more gentle than the typical chiropractor 'cracking' adjustment.
