Disappointed on the purchase I made with Team Hernandez.

As a reality company it’s important to convey the message clearly to clients and make sure that they’re happy with the purchase.
Promises made before the purchase were not full filled after the closing, by agent Of Team Hernandez ( Luciano).
During out first meeting showing the property confirmed me that minor works that needs to be done will be taken care by them/Him .
To confirm the same I asked him multiple times about the same, through out the process ( while making the offer, while giving the earnest money and also while making the loan process)
Even I followed up with him after the closing as well, then after a month he got a man to look for the things and he gave an estimate.
After this he gave me the answer saying I can’t pay for it, I’m sorry something messed up he said, and then he said like he can give only up-to 350$ (the max).
For a reality company the repairs cost is not a big deal to get it done for customer satisfaction.
Now a days I’m not even getting a response back from him.
I moved in to the new place now i came to know the furnace is having issues and garage door is not opening now.
Refrigerator is leaking water from the bottom.
Now I’ll easily spend like 3000$ for these items.

I’m completely dissatisfied with service you guys provided me. I would never consider this firm for my future activities.

I would definitely avoid your agent or this firm it self for my future purchases.
