Working with Team Hernandez was a great experience. The whole team was involved. Communication was exceptional. Manny takes calls after hours and while on vacation. He is exceeding knowledgeable and motivated.
Previously I felt that real estate agents were overpaid,… I could do what they do and save commissions. I now know it would have either been impossible for me to do or would have taken MUCH longer to do what they did. I had multiple offers quickly. An explanation of the pros and cons was given each time.
