Disappointed on the purchase I made with Team Hernandez.

As a reality company it’s important to convey the message clearly to clients and make sure that they’re happy with the purchase.
Promises made before the purchase were not full filled after the closing, by agent Of Team Hernandez ( Luciano).
During out first meeting showing the property confirmed me that minor works that needs to be done will be taken care by them/Him .
To confirm the same I asked him multiple times about the same, through out the process ( while making the offer, while giving the earnest money and also while making the loan process)
Even I followed up with him after the closing as well, then after a month he got a man to look for the things and he gave an estimate.
After this he gave me the answer saying I can’t pay for it, I’m sorry something messed up he said,...

After finding the house we were interested Team Hernandez helped us make an offer that was chosen over as many as 6 other offers. He continues to make himself available for any questions we have even after our closing and move in! Thank you Team Hernandez!

I loved Team Hernandez because they always kept me totally up to date and informed with the entire process of selling my house. I was never confused or not aware of what was going on at any point in the process. They constantly were shooting me an email or text when anything changed or they had any new information on details or offers on my house. They also did a great job at dealing with the professionals that had to come into my house to fix things and make things acceptable for the buyer. I have no complaints and if I ever have to buy or sell a home again, Manny and Laura will definitely be the realtors that I will be calling again.
