Team Dakoske

It was such a pleasure working with Nav for our land purchase. He worked with us for over a year helping us find the right property. Once we were under contract there were delays due to the township and Nav was always checking on the status of things and keeping us updated as well as keeping up on any necessary addendums. We would definitely work with Nav again for future purchases or sales.

professional, caring, easy

Lily was very helpful in finding my new house. She made the entire process very easy. I highly recommend her for the purchase of your new home!

Nav, provided exceptional attention to detail, thorough follow through and knowledge that helped secure the sale of my house within the first 24 hours of listing with Nav and Team Dakoske!!! Nav came up with a strategy to sell my property quickly while still maintaining as much profit for me as possible. He keeps line of communication open so you are informed and updated every step of the way! I highly recommend Nav and Team Dakoske!

Jessie!!! My family moved all the way from New Jersey to Traverse City, Michigan. Just stayed close contact with us and even went out of her way to visit some of the potential homes so that we could see them ahead of our trip. Her communication was fast and professional. I also appreciated her knowledge of the local area and how real estate works in this market. Would definitely trust and recommend Jesse and her team anytime.

I loved working with Tram Dakoske! Jessie was very honest, thorough, knowledgeable,, and flexible… moved things around so she could work with us in a tight timeline! Very responsive when problems or issues came up. I would highly recommend Team Dakoske to anyone… especially Jessie!

Nav and Matt are absolutely amazing. I cant recommend enough. Very professional, knowledgeable, and on top of that; they work hard. Thank you for everything guys!

Matt was quite personable and thorough with this painful process. As I was navigating a divorce and selling a house I didn’t want to sell, Matt was sympathetic while keeping the process on track. He has connections in various fields for repair, inspections, and more. He scheduled a cleaning, professional photography, and was responsive to emails, calls, and texts.

Nav was amazing! He had lots of patience with our unique and sometimes difficult home selling process. Very knowledgeable and helpful through every step of this adventure! 100% recommend every single time no matter if you're buying or selling.

Carson Miller helped us find our first home, made the viewing/search process fun and enjoyable. Happy to be his first sale aswell.

Nav Dhami helped us through a few bumps in the process, aswell as purchase and current listing of some land. Provides good advice and fun experience for the whole buying/selling process.

Matt and his team went over and above to help us through a very difficult time. They were patient, thorough, and took great care of both the seller and the buyer. It's had to find ethical, honest realtor teams anymore, and I'm extremely grateful for everything Matt and Team Dakoske did for us.

We had an amazing experience working with Nav to purchase our first home in the Long Lake area! From the very beginning, he took all of our ideas, wants, and endless questions and turned them into a reality. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, but he made the entire process feel so much more manageable. I can also be pretty indecisive, and he never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He was patient and always willing to show us another house or answer another question until we found the perfect fit. He was also incredibly flexible with scheduling showings and communication which made the process so much easier with our busy work schedules. Thanks to Nav, we found a home we absolutely love. His knowledge, responsiveness, and dedication truly set him apart.

Ginger was awesome! Thank you Team Dakoske!

We have worked with Nav to buy and sell and buy again. Nav is professional and patient showing us many homes before we found the right one for us. We wholely recommend Nav whether you are buying or selling.

Nav went out of his way to help me!!!!

Ginger enjoyed the experience with Team Dakoske

What a beautiful experience we had with the most wonderful Agent! Michelle Keene. Throughout our home-buying process Michelle was incredibly communicative always keeping us informed about every development while ensuring to explain complex details, unlike other agents Michelle took the time to understand our unique situation, needs and preferences, scheduling appointments based on our schedules. Michelle’s negotiation skills were impressive Michelle saved us thousands during negotiations while keeping the seller happy as well. In conclusions we were so fortunate to have found Michelle Keene who will forever be our agent! We will be recommending Michelle to everyone!

Per usual, Nav was very responsive and helpful in navigating us through our recent purchase. Great to work with!

We had such a great experience working with Nav! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly went above and beyond every step of the way. He made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer questions and make sure we felt confident in every decision. His dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care for his clients really stand out. We couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor and would highly recommend Nav to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Bought a Single Family home in 2026 in Mt pleasant, MI.
My husband and I had a great experience working with Michelle. She was willing to travel to help us find our home. From the start, she explained every detail of the home buying process, made sure we understood each part and answered any questions we had. She gave us lots of helpful advice during our first home-buying journey and made sure we were able to commit to the home that checked the boxes on our wish list. We trusted her right away because she was confident, explained things clearly, and always responded quickly. Her negotiation skills helped us save thousands, and she also suggested a fantastic lender that was wonderful to work with as well. She went above and beyond to find us a trusted home inspector. We always felt valued, and the whole process was enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would...

Michelle is the kindest and most thoughtful realtor we’ve ever worked with. She was able to arrange an out-of-state day of showings and helped us find the house of our dreams. She knows how to negotiate and advocate. I highly recommend Michelle and RE/MAX.

REMAX Bayshore Traverse City was one of the best real estate companies I have used. My realtor, Jessie Deiss and Team Dakoske were their to offer advice and strategies to find and purchase the perfect house. Jessie even put me in touch with Olivia from Bayshore Manistee when I wanted to view properties closer to home. Olivia was great as well. Their knowledge and professionalism and willingness to make things work for me was truly outstanding. Great people. Would definitely recommend them!

Jessie over at RE/MAX is Fantastic.

My elderly mom and I needed to find a house in the middle of winter, with limited inventory, and a competitive market. We also had specific criteria (she has limited sight, reduced mobility).

Jessie's knowledge on the area and market exceptional. She quickly picked up on our preferences (mom and I have wildly different tastes). We were in awe at her responsiveness and attention to detail during critical moments of contract negotiation, bidding, &ct.

Even when I flagged something as non-urgent, EVEN while she was on vacation, she took the time to swoop in at critical moments to make sure everything went smoothly. She even loaned us her snow shovel for days after we moved in!

One of the properties we were considering had particularly high interest. I was out of town and unable to view it in...

After months of searching, Jessie and Team Dakoske made what felt like an overwhelming process smooth and rewarding. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but their patience, guidance, and deep knowledge made all the difference.

They were always responsive, honest, and truly had our best interests in mind every step of the way. From touring homes to navigating offers and closing, they made sure we felt confident and supported throughout the entire journey.

We’re so grateful for their help in finding the perfect home for our family. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares and goes above and beyond, we highly recommend Jessie and Team Dakoske!

Jenn and her team were absolutely fantastic at every turn, made the buy, an experience, easy and relaxed, lots of great information, great availability for questions and helped to create a process that was as stress-free as possible

Michelle helped us purchase our new home while we were living several hours away. She was so accommodating to our schedule when we made trips to town to view homes, is always super responsive (even after we closed!), and was on top of everything once we went under contract. We had the fastest, smoothest close we’ve ever had buying a house. We had so much fun looking at homes with her, and being from out of town, she gave us great recommendations and so much info about the area…it made us extra excited to be here. We loved working with Michelle and are so happy she helped us find the perfect home.

Michelle Keene was absolutely amazing selling our house! She is very knowledgeable, helped us understand everything as we went, very professional. The photos for the listing were great, closing was easy, thanks to her! I would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home, she's a blessing!

Had a great buying experience with Michelle Keene as my REMAX agent. She was very knowledgeable and always available when a property I was interested in became available. I plan to use her as my realtor in all my future purchases.

Great experience purchasing a home! Jessie is great, the whole office is very supportive

Lilly Clark was amazing to work with, excellent communication and was there for me ever step of the way! She went the extra mile in helping us find a home we could afford. I would definitely recommend useing her for any of your home buying needs!
