Team Dakoske

Nav has now sold 2 homes for us and shown us dozens. He has made the process so smooth and went the extra mile. I have used many realtors over the years in many states and none have every treated me so professional, kind, respectful, and caring as Nav. He crosses every t and dots every i but with charm and compassion.

My family and I have recently been able to sell two properties with Nav's help. He is very knowledgeable & patient, taking the extra step to keep the sale running smoothly. Working with Nav is a pleasure & I would highly recommend him to my friends.

Nav is the best realtor I have ever worked with. He consistently went above and beyond and helped create a true win-win outcome for both us and the buyers. We couldn’t have done this without him. I highly recommend Nav to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated real estate professional.

Great realtor, very friendly and easy to work with.

Nav absolutely went over and beyond for us. I cannot imagine having to go through this as a new home buyer and not have someone like him to be there every step of the way... even "after hours". He totally fought for us and we will always appreciate it. He will be our first call if we are to ever sell or purchase another house.

Nav was excellent! Highly recommend!

We purchased our home in the winter, from out of town. It was part of an estate, so the home was empty. Team Dakoske went out of their way to ensure that we had all of the information and access we needed to minimize our travel. They even helped with contractors during and after the sale! We would definitely use them again!

My husband and I had the BEST experience with Jenn! We were first time home buyers and she was nothing but kind, patient, supportive and informative. She made us feel so comfortable and confident in our decisions. We worked with her for an entire year and never once did we feel pressured to buy. She made sure that when we finally put an offer in, that it was the right house for us. She is the BEST and we are forever grateful for her! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Jen did a wonderful job helping me find a home. Jen was professional, engaged, listened to what my needs/wants were for a house and was not pushy. She made herself available for questions and was overall very helpful. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home!

Nav was amazing to work with. Really helped me through the entire process. Very professional and helped get my house sold in a timely manner. Would recommend Nav to all my friends and family that’s for sure.

Nav is incredible! We've used him a few times now and would never consider using anyone else. He's funny, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt. He makes everything easy. He gives great advice. Hands down, he's the BEST!

Must say Nav was very attentive and helpful throughout our whole process I would recommend him to anyone needing a realtor

I loved the willingness to dig in and work for us to get all the information we needed

I was really happy working with Navneet Dhami and RE/MAX Bayshore Properties. Nav was very attentive to all of our questions and helped tremendously throughout the purchase process. I highly recommend Team Dakoske and Nav in particular!

5 stars for Nav! This incredible human being helped my family find property, sell property and helped my daughter and a dear friend as well. He’s personable, energetic, responsive and a joy to work with! Highly recommend!

Jessie has helped us for years in our search for the perfect home. She has been wonderful to us, our children, and our entire family. She welcomed us with open arms and never once made us feel rushed — even after looking at what felt like a thousand homes!

She finally helped us find our perfect home, and we couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re looking for the best realtor in Northern Michigan, look no further. Jessie Deiss with Team Dakoske goes above and beyond her duties as a realtor. From backyard space to bedrooms, bathrooms, and even closets, she truly listens and helps your family find the home that fits. Jessie is the real deal!

Lilly was always very accessible, flexible, and helpful with whatever concerns we had. There's always so many questions and things that come up in the buying/selling process, and she handled them all like a pro!

We loved working with Jessie. She was professional, thorough and fun. Would highly recommend.

Nav from team Dakoske was amazing. Made the whole process a breeze! Highly recommend.

Nav did a wonderful job dealing with our very specific (and ever growing) list of must-haves and absolutely-nots, great experience

Our experience working with Jessie Deiss and Team Dakoske was nothing short of excellent. Jessie is not only professional and knowledgeable, she is easy going and fun to work with. We hired her after a year of inactivity on our listing, and she infused it with a new energy and perspective that ultimately led to its sale. Jessie and her team provided constant communication throughout the process even when nothing was happening. I highly recommend Jessie and Team Dakoske for your realty needs.

JD helped us purchase our house nine years ago. Over the years, JD and Team Dakoske have kept in contact forming a long lasting relationship so when it was time to sell our house we knew they would have our best interests in heart.
I truly believe JD, Matthew and Team Dakoske are the best realtors in this area!

Nav has helped us buy 2 houses over the past 4 years and the experience has been absolutely fantastic both times. Not only does he help you along every step of the home buying process in a professional and friendly manner but the follow up after the purchase is fantastic as well. He really goes the extra mile to make you feel like a part of the family. He will make sure that every detail is checked and really go to bat for you when negotiating. We could not have asked for a better realtor to help us NAVigate the experiences. We are happy to have Nav and Team Dakoske in our corner and will continue to use them moving forward!

Jessie is a fantastic realtor. From the first step in the process of buying a new home to the day of closing she was there to support and guide us through the maze to ‘new home ownership’. She was upbeat, encouraging, honest, and so much more always returning phone calls/texts/emails in a timely manner. If she didn’t have an answer she researched the issue and didn’t quit until she could answer our questions. Jessie made us feel relaxed and confident during our search and the weeks leading up to closing. We’ve made a new friend in her and can’t wait to sit on our patio and celebrate our new home with Jessie.
If you’re looking for a realtor I would highly recommend Jessie Deiss!

Great to work with selling our old house and buying our new one. Checked all the boxes for a good agent; had showings for the house we sold, responded to our questions, worked well with other agents, etc. Would use again and highly recommended if you are looking for someone to represent you either selling or buying.

Jessie with Team Dakoske operates with the utmost level of professionalism and integrity. I was the Seller on the other side of a transaction, and she and the team were incredibly easy to work with. I am SO impressed!! When I’m ready to buy again in the future, I won’t look anywhere else. I already have my Realtor- five stars all day!!

Jenn Frankhouse was the PERFECT buyer’s agent for us. She was immediately responsive to all of our questions and communications, which were multiple since we were moving across the country for work and had never been to Traverse City. Her knowledge of the area and of the process was indispensable in keeping the experience trouble-free and positive. We’re thrilled with the result and would recommend Jenn as a first choice to ANYONE searching for a home in Traverse City.

Selected Team Dakoske, over two other realtors, on a referral from another realty co. Matt and team worked closely with me supporting the price I wanted, holding open houses when requested, with frequent follow up and attention to detail. I sold my home within the time frame suggested for my area. I would highly recommend Matt and Team Dakoske when selling your home.

Matt is very professional with great Communcation and are house sold fast Thanks Eric
