TCE Cleaning LLC

Scammers!!!! Ask for specific details before you book with them. I scheduled TCE Cleaning Services about 3 weeks before the required service date. The first issue was they didn't realized they scheduled me for memorial day. I had scheduled all my other services based on the house cleaning services. They caused an inconvenience first by changing my cleaning date at the last minute.

The day of cleaning services, all other scheduled services showed up relatively the same time and was very chaotic for everyone. A team of 3 ladies showed up, 2 were very professional and nice and one was very rude and unprofessional. They finished the house in 4 hours. They initially quoted me for $535 6-8 hours for a house that is slightly over 1900 square feet, 3 bedrooms and a bonus room. However, what they failed to mention is they multiply the number of hours by the number of people who show up. So in other words, 4 hours time 3 people equals 12 hours of cleaning. They ended up charging $709.80!!!! Well over the quoted price. When I brought up the confusion and the issue, they tried asking me if I could do $600/$650. They tried to make it seem as if it was my fault because of the chaos that had occurred the morning with everyone showing up relatovely at the same time. Never recommending this company again!!! They must be desperate for money!

They did a decent job.....but not worth $700!!
