Jada and Yolanda were great! I hired TCE for a deep cleaning in my home where corners, baseboards, and so many other areas had not been cleaned or dusted for literally years (to my intense shame). When it turned out I needed a DEEP deep cleaning (the allotted time was not going to be adequate), Anna reached out to me to discuss options. I was given the option of downscaling the cleaning in some areas so they could stay within my budget, or paying for additional hours to do the job thoroughly. I opted to invest in getting everything taken care of.

There was a miscommunication on their end at some point, and Anna very graciously worked with me to ensure I was satisfied with the end result.

Parts of it were a pretty nasty job, and Yolanda and Jada tackled all the yuck and brought my home to where I am no longer ashamed for anybody to step foot inside. Thank you! Read more >
