Great services and a very kind and professional staff on the phone at the time of order. Also, we happened to be at the property at the time of pick up, and the driver was very kind and patient. He gave us the opportunity to put more items that needed to go into the dumpster. Tate definitely gets a 5-Star from us.

Prompt and professional

Everyone I’ve dealt with at Tate Services, from the Dispatcher to the Driver, have been extremely courteous and professional. They have gone out of their way to meet our needs. Their response time is remarkable! Great team and I use them frequently!

Can management please tell the driver of truck 26 driving on university Dr. @ ~11:35am 10/26/23 that it is illegal to change lanes in an intersection. It is also illegal and rude to do so without signaling.

Update: I am pleased that mgmt. has replied to my post. I feel addressing customer complaints is great business. One star to Five star.

These guys were very professional, reliable when others weren't, and even were able to handle the special situation of my sloped driveway which scared away all the competition. Their rate was also very reasonable and affordable and I am grateful for their service.
