He makes sure the flyers are delivered by hiring quality contractors and has them wear safety vests and name tags. Contractors are tracked with Geo Tracking technology so you can watch there path on a map as they work for you. I used his service for several years promoting my New Year's Eve events at the San Ramon Marriott and have gotten good results.
