I have a lot of anxiety about dental visits, and almost everyone here was very kind and patient and understanding. I was a little worried when the first person I interacted with was snotty to me when I told her I’d email my insurance cards and that my dentist had sent over my X-rays and referral. She sneered at me and when she handed my ID over to another staff member to take a copy, she said “that’s all she brought,” in a very condescending tone. I reiterated that my dentist said they’d sent the referral and X-rays over, she told me I was wrong, and luckily there was another very nice lady right there who pulled my file up and confirmed that they did already have everything they needed. After that interaction, my experience was great. The doctor was awesome, the nurse was very kind. A good surgeon and caring attitudes

My son was in a lot of pain from an infected wisdom tooth. The technician Renee got him in right away at the Baxter location. The tooth was extracted. They called in his perscriptions before he was seen for his appointment. I appreciated that his meds were ready soon after he came home. We are very happy with our experience at Southwest Oral Surgery.

I was very nervous about the oral surgery. Staff was very friendly and attentive, good at distracting me! Dr. Oglander answered all my questions, helped assure me the procedure was necessary with the x-ray and his experience. Payment process was easy, billed insurance portion and took my CC for the balance. Very organized, well run office.

Very professional and staff are friendly and very caring. Dr Oglander is fantastic.

I was referred by my dentist to come here for a fragmented tooth removal. Since the tooth was already fractured from a previous procedure, I wasn’t sure how this would go. But Dr. Reti assured me it wouldn’t take more than five minutes—and he was right. He completed the entire procedure within five minutes.

He also kept talking during the procedure, which helped me understand what was happening and that really made me feel comfortable. He was confident and he clearly knows what he’s doing, and I highly recommend him.

Brian and staff are wonderful and prioritize your comfort.

I got my wisdom teeth removed here and I couldn’t be happier. The process was super simple and the procedure was amazingly quick. We were in the office for a little over an hour, the procedure itself was about 20 minutes. Dr. Kramer was friendly and answered all of my questions; he took the time to explain everything and handled my nerves. Maddy was amazing. She kept me distracted and chatted with me up until the surgery. A friendly person distracting you from what’s about to happen really makes a difference. I wish her all the best!!

Dr Kramer took the best care of me and was extremely helpful in explaining the whole process of my wisdom teeth removal to me! Maddy and Kelly were angels and helped calm me down majorly before anything was started! They took the time to talk to me and reassure that they weren’t going to let anything happen to me! They are all the best at what they do!!

I feel like the staff at Southwest Oral Surgery was very efficient. They gave me detailed instructions for my aftercare. Dr. Oglander took the time to explain the procedure to me . He worked quickly and efficiently and called me at home that day to check on me. I felt well taken care of.

My tooth extraction went really well. I was apprehensive going in but the Dr and staff quickly put me at ease. There was no pain and very minor discomfort the following day. All is well. Many thanks.

Excellent experience… considering a tooth removed and stitches placed but it was smooth sailing. No issues after the fact which is always reassuring. If need be I would use again without question.
