I was not looking forward to having my wisdom tooth extracted and was honestly nervous and apprehensive. From the moment I entered the office, everyone was incredibly friendly, caring, kind, and professional.

Dr. Setzke and Bailey were exceptional. They immediately put me at ease through their knowledge, humor, and genuine compassion. Their bedside manner was outstanding. I truly felt like I was part of their family, not just another patient.

Before I even finished filling out my paperwork, I was called back for X-rays and was able to complete the remaining paperwork in the procedure room. The respect they showed for my time was unlike anything I have experienced in a medical office.

Dr. Setzke was extremely thorough, repeatedly checking to ensure I was completely numb and comfortable before beginning the procedure.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The procedure went smoothly and they got us in and out with clear post-procedure instructions. Dr. Checked in on us afterwards. So far her recovery has been going smoothly. We would recommend southwest oral surgery.

Dr Reti was great! No issues for my son who had his wisdom teeth out. He was very friendly and I liked that he reviewed all the aftercare instructions as well as the nurse.

Amazing

Detailed explanation about the surgery and what medication, etc I need to take after the surgery. The staff at the reception as well as in the oral surgery room was courteous. Doctor followed up with call on the same evening to make sure everything is ok. Today is the fifth day from the oral surgery and recovery is as expected.

Painless and professional

Fast and efficient with friendly and helpful staff

Dr. Reti was professional and courteous. When I had an issue with a blood thinner after surgery he was both caring and very responsive. I felt he went the xtra mile in addressing my needs and concerns. And the problem was resolved. Only negative is I was in waiting room an hour but I still give a 5 star because of him.

Excellent extraction of a molar tooth below my sinus, which my dentist who referred me Southwest Oral Surgery informed me is a challenging extraction. Dr. Reti and his staff were very considerate about procedure and thorough in post-operative advice. Surprisingly the recovery was quicker and way less complicated than what they had prepared me for. Highly recommend them for challenging dental work.
