I had never been to Southwest Oral Surgery but was recommended by a friend and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results. I was in so much pain needing to get a tooth extracted and they were able to get me an appointment the week of which was amazing. I went in for my extraction feeling very nervous seeing as the last place I went a few years ago wasn’t a great experience. They made me feel comfortable as soon as I checked in. The wonderful employee Amy made me feel right at home and talked me through everything. She was incredibly knowledgeable and I immediately felt better. When Dr. Reti came in he also talked me through everything and made everything incredibly painless. Which I have never experienced before. He was amazing! Dr. Redi and Amy took great care of me and were so thorough and quick. I can say it was the only time I have ever went somewhere for this procedure...

From the second I arrived, I was taken care of by the super efficient and friendly staff. Dr Oglander was personable and explained the procedure, asked me questions, did the procedure, then called me that night to check up on me. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I had a tooth extracted by Dr. Oglander on 27 April 2026. The staff was excellent from the first step in the door. The receptionist was wonderful!! The assistant was marvelous! We talked about food (steaks mostly) for the entire visit. Dr. O was suburb! Great talk about sports and me being a KC Royals fan lol. Overall the process was fast, in and out in 30 mins!!! If you need a tooth extracted, this is where you want to go! From the from desk staff, the assistant Casey & Dr. Setzke, everyone was kind and disarming. I was nervous coming in but they all helped me to feel at ease. The process was so quick too. I highly recommend Dr. Setzke & SWOS!

I went today to get my wisdom teeth out and everyone was genuinely so kind. They explained everything I didn’t understand and always made sure I was comfortable. The surgery was very quick and I was out of there in no time. Casey and Kelly were my attendants and I had confessed to being nervous previously. I went to the Chesterfield office Monday morning to have a tooth removed. The staff was extremely nice and professional. One young lady led me to my room immediately and explained everything that was going to happen. She made me feel prepared and ready and put me at ease. Dr. Oglander, DMD entered within minutes and put me even more at ease. Another technician joined in and the procedure was completed expertly and quickly! The checkout process was handled by another member of the staff and she was friendly, quick and informative.

Dr. Oglander called me late in the evening to check on me, make sure I was in no pain and answered a couple questions I had. I can't believe he was working so late and was concerned for my well being. I highly recommend this team!
