No waiting before appointment, all of the staff was friendly and helpful, Dr. Oglander took time to explain everything to me & did not seem rushed. Plus he called me that evening to see how I was feeling. I am very happy.

I loved Southwest Oral Surgery because they have a special way of making you feel relaxed knowing you are in good hands. Everyone greets you with a smile and they answer any questions so that you’re comfortable with the staff. The wait time is also great!

Southwest Oral Surgery did a great job today. I was very nervous and in a lot of pain. Dr. Reti and Karen helped me calm down and the procedure was over in no time.

Dr Oglander came through for my young son again this morning! We have seen Dr Oglander at least three times when my son (age 5-9) has needed teeth extracted. All three times we saw Dr Oglander, my son needed a last minute extraction. Dr Oglander found a way to squeeze my son into his schedule so he wouldn’t have to go another day in pain. Dr Oglander has wonderful bedside manner and my son has no fear of going to him. In fact, today my son was actually excited when he learned he was going to get his tooth extracted by Dr Oglander. Go figure! LOL Dr Oglander always talks sports with my son because that is what he is into and he instantly feels at ease. Every time the whole procedure takes less than an hour and I feel confident that my son is receiving the absolute best care. I have recommended Dr Oglander to at least one friend who has used him and she also has wonderful things to say...

Very professional and friendly staff. I went to the incorrect surgery center (my fault) and they were kind, understanding, and got my son in right away for his surgery with a different doctor. The service was quick, the nurses and surgeon met with us prior to leaving to make sure we knew what to expect, how to take care of extraction site, and when they would contact us for a follow up. I could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kramer and the entire staff are caring, professional and do an excellent job of explaining procedures. Absolutely, no complaints.

Highly recommend using this office. I had my wisdom teeth removed here. As someone with anxiety issues when it comes to dental work, the staff really helped me stay relaxed and feel comfortable. The were timely as well. Dr Oglander was very informative and personally followed up with me at the end of the day which I felt was very thoughtful. Overall, great experience!

Southwest Oral Surgery did a great job with my son’s wisdom teeth removal on Saturday. They were fast and efficient. I would have liked to have filled out the paperwork ahead of time and gotten cost prior to the surgery. That would have made the experience a 5 star! We will definitely use them again if the need comes up. Dr Reti and staff were very nice.

Southwest oral surgery was very nice,clean and felt like fast! I arrived a half hour early they took me back and got started. I didnt have to wait! I was in and out in 1 hr which felt like way less time than that! The staff was great along with Dr. Kramer. I would highly recommend this Dr. To anyone who needs wisdom teeth removed and wants a nice, clean, fast feeling experience! Also recovery hasnt been bad the last 2 days either since I just got it done. Thank you SWOS!
