Melissa was always responsive especially in this difficult market.

The heritage is very well kept the people are very friendly there is a very busy event calendar the only downfall is the lease payment it's just so high.
If Sunset Homes could drop the lease price the properties would sell in the community.
Therefore doubling or tripling Sunset homes lease payments and collect more money.
They would probably be at full capacity and have a waiting list!!!!!

We worked with Linda Wilson and she was very professional and knowledgeable. She kept us informed through each step of the process. Our home was sold within 2 weeks of the first viewing and Linda worked on the sale all times of the day including nights and weekends. I was so very impressed with my Sunset Homes Realtors! Chrissy & Tom Warrington were ultimate professionals, proactive in adverting and showing my mobile home, and very personable.
