Simple, easy, courteous, and professional! My agent, Melissa, could not have been better. She worked hard and fast to help me find exactly what I wanted and insured the closing was completed without an issue. My purchase was executed without my presence and I was very satisfied. Melissa made it all happen and provided me the confidence i needed.

A friend gave me their phone number. I called and Melissa came out the next day. She took quite a few photos of my property, let me know when the listing was ready, and gave me a chance to preview it. Beautiful job. The listing posted, one person looked, bought, and the sale is finished. She did all of the paperwork. No stress on me. I would surely recommend her and have already passed her phone number on to a friend of mine.

Kelly and the entire team including Susan Strouse were all extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, hard working and a pleasure to work with. Our home sold in a just a few weeks. We are very grateful for their service and expertise in the market.

We found a home in Spanish lakes cc Toni got back to us right away and even checked on us during hurricane Dorian. We met with her and she was ready to show us a bunch of homes the first one was the right one for us. She did an incredible job for both sides of the transaction. Everyone was very satisfied with the transaction and her level of service. I would so recommend Toni and sunset homes to any one I know or talk to. They have a level of professionalism second to none from the inception of contact through and after the close of the sale top knotch organization thanks Toni

Highly Recommends Sunset Home Sales to their friends & family!

Theyes were beyond! Polite! I loved them worked hard! God bless

I sold my manufactured home with Susan of Sunset Homes. I listened to Susan's suggestions and we sold in a WEEK getting a cash offer higher than the asking price.🎆🎈🎊💫💖 I would highly recommend Susan to sell your manufactured home especially in Riverview Mobile Home and RV Park. Riverview is a great park to live in.

My home had been listed with another company with no hits. It only took Sunset Home Sales 1 month before my home was sold. No high %age fees. I've already recommended to others.

I work with Sunset Home Sales, and I can honestly say - they are the MOST INCREDIBLE, ETHICAL and trustworthy company I have ever worked for. They take great care with each step of the sales process - treating each customer with respect and care. You are never just a number in the cog - you're someone special, and you're treated that way!

Stacey was our agent and she was extremely helpful. I would recommend anyone looking for a home should contact her. She will stay right on top of your needs. . Kathleen Kaminski

They r funny but very business like and we enjoyed working with both of them very much they made buying our house great and took care of business seeing as though my husband and I were unable to come down there we relied on them to handle everything and they did great. I would recommend Stacy and Hank Lyle anytime
