A friend gave me their phone number. I called and Melissa came out the next day. She took quite a few photos of my property, let me know when the listing was ready, and gave me a chance to preview it. Beautiful job. The listing posted, one person looked, bought, and the sale is finished. She did all of the paperwork. No stress on me.
