This is a very professional company that is highly dialed in to their local market, so when we came to them with a property that was just stuck and not selling despite it being beautifully renovated, we were VERY happy to have closed the sale within three weeks of listing. Carolyn was terrific in guiding the buyer through the process, including seller financing that we provided. Kelly was phenomenal in setting up all of the administrative end of things. I like their "DO IT NOW" approach to every phase of the sale and you can be sure that you will be getting the benefit of seasoned pros working on your side!!! I wouldn't hesitate to give them any listings that come along for us in the future!!
