Sunset Home Sales

Susan Curry worked hard to sell our mobile home. She is professional and offered sound advice and suggestions to get our home ready for the market. After it went on the market she continued to work deligently to get our home sold in a timely fashion. We are snowbirds so we had to leave Florida before a final offer came in. Although we were selling our home "as is" several projects had to be completed after we left as the buyer was getting a mortgage and these projects had to be done before she could get her mortgage. Therefore our anticipated profit on the sale was reduced a bit. Overall, we are satisfied with job Susan Curry did for us.

Great experience w Jim on my recent purchase. being new to this type of living and purchasing Jim did everything he could to answer questions and support my process.
One minor opportunity for improvement would be to disclose the access tools (or lack there of) with buyers. Having to immediately purchase and install multiple lock sets (4) and garage door openers was a minor surprise.
