I give more than 5 stars to Sunset Home Sales! I worked with Toni Brickner and her husband. I found them to be extremely dedicated and easy to work with. Overall I think Toni did an excellent job getting my home sold and she did it fast! Her attention to details was excellent! If there was any kind of hiccups she handled them right away and kept things moving. She is the kind of realtor you want, believe me! She's that person who you just instantly like. I was in a situation of buying a mobile home for by son who had a new job in Lake Whales . Little did we know that 8 months later he took another job in Greensburg Pa . My agent April Tucker was great. She took care of the house while I lived in another state. When I had doubts she came up with ideas. This was very helpful as I am not from Florida and did not know much about regulations. She also replied to all my messages promptly.
