I want to give Jim Hamilton 5 stars! He did an excellent job selling our mobile home. He listened to us, was quick to respond to texts and questions, advised us on price point to sell the home quickly. He was not pushy or overbearing...just a very good guy! Would definitely recommend him.

He explained the process clearly from start to finish, which ,by the way, was only a few weeks from the putting up and removing of the for sale signs in my window!😊 Kelly at the sales office was great also at handling the financial aspects of the experience! First of all my wife and I were very happy with the house purchased, including the condition and price of the house. All personnel at Sunset were pleasant and accommodating to all our questions and concerns through the entire process. We are still getting settled in and have met some very friendly neighbors. We are looking forward to using all the various amenities that the park has for the residents.
