We listed our home for sale with Chrissy Walter, an agent with Sunset Home Sales. We Chose Chrissy as our agent because of ratings/reviews which we found on the Internet. The home has sold, and hindsight is where we are now. We picked a bad time to sell, the housing market in central Florida was in a severe downtrend.

Choosing Chrissy was a good decision, she was relentless. Several times, Chrissy rewrote the advertisement text, removed the ad, and reposted it with fresh wording. There were over 20% of the homes in our community for sale, and very few were selling. Our home was one of those very few that have sold!

The transaction was smooth. Chrissy kept us informed, and Kelly Crossley handled the funds transfer. We have an unusual (nontraditional) bank account, but Kelly was able to adjust on-the-fly and get the funds to us. We definitely recommend...
