Extremely happy with the service provided by William of Strategic Mechanical. My heat pump system is on the fritz and he spent a few hours diagnosing the issues, creating a repair plan, and teaching me what I need to know going forward. Look forward to setting up a regular servicing contract.

Not only was the technician a professional but he arrived early. His knowledge and understanding of the equipment was impressive.
