Everything went well, Jason was on time, he did a review and explained what he had found. But after he left I found that the heating did not come on. Also was shocked at what he found. I was wondering if the Strata should pay for this to be fixed.
But Jason sat and explained all of his findings to me clearly. I am hoping we can sort this out. P.G.Hall

My heat pump is working fine except that it will not go into the defrost mode. I am sure that it will be addressed soon.

Scott found the heat pump problem quickly. He explained the problem clearly and what he needed to do to fix it. Scott is a very knowledgable tradesman. He answered all my questions fully in language I could understand. I would like him to be the repairman for any future repairs if I have another heat pump problem.
