Firstly, sending your 3 month old infant to daycare can be a very nerve wrecking experience especially for a new mom. SSA exceeded all of our expectations and is fully equipped with loving, responsible staff members and an excellent management team. The facility has ample space and is always very clean. At first we were disappointed that there was no outdoor playground, but honestly 2 years later we realized that it is honestly the safest, cleanest environment given the school is located just outside of kakaako, which is so very convenient, yet still an urban city, and honestly their facility is much bigger than many other schools. Also equipped with a full indoor playground. There’s also a reason they don’t have a high turn around in employees, I believe it’s because they are genuinely happy & love their jobs & the children. It is reassuring to see the same care givers even after 2 years. During covid SSA took every safety precaution, yet with also keeping in mind that many parents are essential workers. I appreciate the fact that SSA’s excellent management is always keeping in mind also that at the end of the day a school is a business that parents utilize so that we can work and have confidence in our children’s safety & well-being. The director of SSA is a dedicated hardworking mother herself, and she runs a tight ship. Because of her leadership, we always felt very confident in the wellbeing and early development of our daughter. The teachers are also so much fun, and the activities are endless. The attention to detail of SSA overall exceeds high standards and we highly recommend it to other parents and families.
