I walked in there no knowing what to expect after just leaving another insurance company. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped out immediately. Talking about great customer service, well this is the place. The team there worked quick and diligently to give me the help I needed. I swear I walked in with no car insurance and walked out no more then 6 mins later with my cars insured and at a great price. Shout out to Gaby who got me right and shoutout to William as well. I processed my online quote for car insurance today and at the end of the process I was directed that Sonny will contact me or if I wanted immediate assistance I could reach out by phone or pay a visit. So, I decided to go visit the office because I wanted to show them the quote I wanted. When I arrived I was greeted nicely and William immediately helped me. Our family has been insured by State Farm since probably the 1920s! In the last couple of years the original state farm family retired and I have to say that the new agents that take care of my mother and my policy are fabulous.

May 10, 2024, I telephoned the office and spoke with Ms. Gaby Lopez about adding auto insurance to my homeowner's policy (bundling). Ms. Lopez spoke as if she had a smile on her face. A friendly tone. She quickly verified my homeowner's policy then outlined auto insurance options for my consideration. I purchased a 6-month policy (with intentions to renew). The cost was better than many State Farm competitors I secured quotes from. Ms. Lopez emailed me all relevant documents. She also printed everything as I would be driving past the office later during the day. Upon arriving at the office, I was greeted by owner Sonny Randhawa. Friendly greetings were exchanged. The 4 or 5 staff members in the office all shared hellos and greetings. A very pleasant office. Excellent customer service by Ms. Lopez.
