Special Beginnings Overland Park

My son started at Special Beginnings at 8 weeks old and we can't say enough about the staff there. We were impressed from the start with the caring staff and as he progressed through to Preschool, Ms. Maria in Pre-4 and Ms. Rochelle in Pre-K have a well built curriculum that builds on each other to more than prepare the kids for Kindergarten. While making learning fun and instilling a love of learning, my son is excelling in reading and math thanks to the basic foundation he received from these wonderful teachers.

Our kids love attending Special Beginnings. We love that they are a faith based daycare that teaches the kids how to pray and allows them to celebrate religious holidays. All of the teachers take the time to get to know each kid. It really has a community/family feel! They have really neat playgrounds outside for all the different age groups, and they feed the kids great snacks and lunches during the day. I would recommend this daycare to family and friends!

We LOVE SB. Our son has been going for 2 years and we have been so happy with his care. From safety to curriculum we know he’s in good hands every day. I am so happy we found SB and can’t recommend them enough!

We love Special Beginnings in Olathe. The time our children spent there was amazing. Great caring teachers and I knew they were loved and encouraged to learn and be themselves. All the staff at SB were like family and I couldn’t recommend a better daycare/preschool.

Everyone is very affectionate and attentive

The teachers at SB are very caring and I believe genuinely love the kiddos. The facility itself is a bit dated, I wish the rooms are a little bigger for the kiddos. They now have Procare to update parents on the kiddos which has been incredible for us parents to see how our kids are doing throughout the day. The director is also very responsive and is easy to get a hold of if needed.
