Spanos Environmental

Very thorough analysis!! Report was quick and detailed! I would use them again. Thank you!

Jeff Spanos has been my go-to mold authority for years. So much so that I hired him when we bought our own beautiful disaster of a mold infested house. His standards are high, and his remediation protocols are thorough. I wouldn't even think to use anyone else. He's the best mold inspector in all of Manatee and Sarasota Counties

Jeff was very personable and offered sound advice. thorough inspection

A great company that does an excellent job.

Jeff to my daughter's apartment and conducted a very thorough inspection. He was very professional and answered all of her questions. He gave her several options for mitigating the mold issue she was having. We then received a very thorough breakdown of the different organisms that were found.
I highly recommend Spanos Environmental for their professional and affordable services.

Mold inspection done professionally , timely scheduling and very fair .

All good

Very informative and easy to work with!

If it wasn’t for Jeff’s thoroughness we would have been woefully unprepared to address the mold we inherited in an investment purchase. We have used Jeff for multiple properties for various reasons, most recently due to flooding from hurricane Helene. Because of his detailed reporting we were able to re negotiate whilst in escrow and when we did remediation he caught what the remediation company missed and in the end everything was properly fixed, but it was honestly thanks to Jeff’s keen eye and thoroughness. We will definitely use Jeff for future testing.

Jeff was very courteous, prompt and thorough. I received the results quickly along with recommendations of ways to resolve the issues.

Spanos Environmental provides excellent services I highly recommend them, they are highly knowledgeable and efficient. 10 stars !!

Joyce Strongly Recommends Spanos Environmental

Karen is very excited to recommend Spanos Environmental

Call Jeff Spanos if you want a quality and honest deliverable. I called multiple testing companies and some would not take the time to answer my questions. Jeff did. It is a very technical service he provides and a very specific workflow. You have to have competent and honest people working together in terms of testing and remediation work. Jeff is that.

Friendly and thorough! Great job!

Use only MB not name!

I had Spanos Environmental out for two separate incidents and they could not possibly have been better! We didn't feel like we could trust our builder (for good reason!) and Jeff came with the right equipment - and data - that I needed. High quality, very knowledgeable, and at a reasonable price.

Spanos was exceptional. Jeff Spanos, the owner, spoke to me several times before the service to explain everything and was really great.

Great expertise and prompt service. Very helpful with suggestions to remedy any potential air quaility issues.

We were very pleased with Spanos Environmental. Jeff responded the next day, sent a comprehensive list of recommendations and a very detailed report on mold and moisture, beyond my level of knowledge. Jeff answered my call and was very helpful in understanding his findings and what needed to be done. Unusual personal service in this day and age!

I have used Spanos Environmental twice now and both times I got excellent information. He worked as fast as he could and was very easy to communicate with. Very professional

Our experience with Jeff was excellent. He is very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The inspection report he sent was thorough and timely.

Spanos Environmental did a great job! I would recommend them for people who need mold testing. They answered my questions and were very thorough and patient.

I was so utterly impressed by the knowledge Mr. Spanos shared. He asked so many questions & was genuinely interested in my welfare and what he could do to help me. I would recc him 100%❤️
