If it wasn’t for Jeff’s thoroughness we would have been woefully unprepared to address the mold we inherited in an investment purchase. We have used Jeff for multiple properties for various reasons, most recently due to flooding from hurricane Helene. Because of his detailed reporting we were able to re negotiate whilst in escrow and when we did remediation he caught what the remediation company missed and in the end everything was properly fixed, but it was honestly thanks to Jeff’s keen eye and thoroughness. We will definitely use Jeff for future testing.

Jeff was very courteous, prompt and thorough. I received the results quickly along with recommendations of ways to resolve the issues.
