Spanos Environmental came out and checked the air in my home after black mold remediation. They are very knowledgeable and professional, they also gave me information on how to check the humidity in the house going forward, the type of filters to use in my air return, etc. We are very fortunate to have Jeff Spanos serving our community. In 2021, My daughter and her family did not want to return to my condo from Norway for Christmas until I cleaned up the air. I had contracts with Air and Energy for A/C and Hughes exterminators for pest control. for 20 years. Nobody else ever said anything about my "air" except for my daughter's nose! I wanted my family to visit me. I called the Chamber of Commerce, asked "Who tests Air?" I'm glad I listened to my daughter. Mr Spanos was recommended. Mr Spanos was very professional, thorough, answered all questions. His mold report showed 2 highly toxic molds for babies and elderly persons, discovered in the bedroom referenced by my daughter. None was visible. My voice has
gotten hoarse, I was breathing in that air all night long! Allergy testing showed my allergies to dust ,mold, trees, grasses and weeds. He told me how to wash all clothes and keep them out...
