So glad Jeff Spanos came out and test my place for mold after the October 2024 hurricane. What a thorough and very professional experience. I have allergies was really worried because I could smell the mold in the air where the damage was in the master bedroom. If it wasn’t for Jeff’s thoroughness we would have been woefully unprepared to address the mold we inherited in an investment purchase. We have used Jeff for multiple properties for various reasons, most recently due to flooding from hurricane Helene. Because of his detailed reporting we were able to re negotiate whilst in escrow and when we did remediation he caught what the remediation company missed and in the end everything was properly fixed, but it was honestly thanks to Jeff’s keen eye and thoroughness. We will definitely use Jeff for future testing.
