I loved southwest oral surgery because they were very friendly and I felt comfortable the whole time I was there. Waking up in the recovery room was comfy and I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted. Would recommend to anyone!

I called Southwest as a first time patient and they got me in immediately, prepped me and took care of my tooth in less than an hour. Everyone was so friendly, informative and reassuring. From the ladies at the front desk(Ann and Renee), Sara who got my xrays all the way to Dr. Waite and his assistants who talked me through everything and did their best to keep me calm..it was an awesome experience. I couldn't be more happy with my visit, the entire staff or the work I recieved from check in to recovery and everything in between! Thank you all :)

The two nurses who brought me back before surgery were amazing. So helpful and calmed my fears since it was my first time being put under.

It was so quick and little pain, I had 2 teeth removed within 10 minutes. It is the next morning and I am not in pain, other than a little sore from mouth being open.

I would highly recommend Southwest Oral Surgery to anyone that is need of an oral surgeon! I had a procedure done on Dec 30, 2019 with Dr. Brett Waite at the Fenton location. Originally, I was going to be put “out” with anesthesia, but Dr. Waite determined it was not safe because of complications from my asthma. So I did it with lots of novacaine and a bit of gas. Dr. Waite was not only very professional but genuinely kind and compassionate! This also, was demonstrated by all of the staff in the office. There were two nurses in the room, I apologize I only remember one’s name, Mary. She again was so nice and caring!! Both of them were!! Dr. Waite even called me in the evening to make sure I was doing well! I am soooo grateful for everyone there that day! Thank you, Vickie

The staff here was so caring. The dentist i had was very gentle. I am terrified of dentist but they made getting 7 teeth pulled as pleasant as it could be.

Dr. Oglander was very personable and I feel that he took extra precaution with my daughter since she has a blood disorder.

Highly recommend ! Nurses are fabulous along with the Dr! Calls patients to check up on them AFTER HOURS! Hardly any pain! I had all 4 removed and he made me feel extremely comfortable even though I was slightly freaking out. Kept me and my mom informed on what was going on and what was going to happen!

What a great experience we had at the Fenton location! My son had to have all four wisdom teeth removed and my sister-in-law who works there Erica recommended we come there.Dr.Oglander was wonderful!From the time we walked in to the time we left everybody was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. My son has had very little pain so far and is doing great! I would highly recommend this place and Dr.Oglander!

Professional staff, courteous, explained things well and made me feel very comfortable. I have been well cared for throughout my slow healing process from my wisdom teeth removal. I am an older patient and Dr. Hosch told me to expect that one of my wisdom teeth might give me some pain and take a bit longer to heal. This was my second consultation about my wisdom teeth because the first oral surgery office (not Southwest Oral Surgery), made me feel all about the money and how and when they were going to get paid. I felt like a patient, not a wallet, and have recommended a friend to the Fenton office already. Thank you for the great care!
