I appreciated Southwest Oral Surgery’s dedication to patient care, especially with their careful instruction for aftercare that is easy to understand and comply with. Additionally, the staff are kind, professional, and absolutely amazing to interact with.

I wish I could give 5 stars. Surgeon and nurses were great. I was very upset the day of, I get a call that I'm late, I wrote the time and date down. Receptionist said I would need to reschedule, now at that point I'm mad. I've worked myself up to this surgery and took of work 2 days. I threw a fit and said I can not reschedule. She said so.eone called the day before to confirm, I looked at call log, they DID NOT call, or email. Luckily I live minutes away and they said to hurry in. When I got there I told the lady, look, I looked and no one called me. She apologized and said she was not there that day, a different receptionist confirmed my 10:45am appt to 9:45am, they moved my time up! Without me knowing! I was so mad, and to know I almost didn't get the surgery due to miscommunication on their part!

Procedure was quick and easy. I did feel I knew what to expect regarding recovery. Just given a paper with instructions and told to call if there were any problems.

I was highly recommended by a coworker to go to Southwest Oral Surgery in Fenton for my tooth extraction. They called me back less than 10 minutes from me walking in. I was impressed! All of the Staff worked diligently together and were extremely nice and caring. Robert Reti DDS explained in detail the procedure process. I was provided the necessity to care for the area of extraction afterwards. Thank You Very Much Team!

The doctor and nurses were super nice and my wisdom teeth removal was super quick. They were supportive of my fear of needles.

Overall great experience, the staff members on the phones were very kind and helpful with setting up the appointment and discussing insurance options. Day of procedure, only a short wait and was in and out in less than an hour. Doctor Reti and staff were exceedingly informative and transparent the entire time. I would recommend Southwest Oral Surgery to anyone who is questioning where to go for oral/dental work.
