I came across South Bay Wellness on Facebook, and after watching the webinar, I scheduled a meeting with Danielle. I am so happy I took that first step! I immediately had the sense that Danielle and her team could help.
I arrived at her office that day feeling exhausted. Generally, I wasn’t sleeping well, had excess weight, and was feeling “blah” - no energy, low mood - just tired all the time. In the past I had tried different diets, supplements, and even worked with a holistic practitioner, but nothing helped long-term.
The first thing I noticed was that my sleep improved radically. I was averaging 4-6 hours of sleep and waking constantly. Within two weeks of working with Danielle, I was sleeping 7-8 hours a night and only waking once if at all, and that has remained constant. I am happy to say that I have lost 25 pounds and have gained energy by improving my food choices. I also recently returned to the gym, which was one of my goals.

One final note - I came down with COVID a week before Christmas, and Danielle put together supplements to nurse me back to health. She even offered to drop them off personally, which gives you an idea of her generous spirit, especially since I live more than ten miles from her office. She really cares about her clients, and she her team are always very responsive whenever you have a question. I highly recommend South Bay Wellness to improve your health and quality of life.
