South Bay Wellness

Southbay Wellness has been a total body transformation for me! When I first came to the program I was tired, crabby, anxious, stressed, bloated, had aches and pains, headaches and felt I wasn’t able to care for my family properly. As I started the program I learned quickly that saying you are what you eat is so true! I could feel and see the changes as I transitioned from what I thought was good foods to truly good foods (read those labels the words all natural, gluten-free etc may not really mean they are healthy). It was more than just food. I have gained so much knowledge from the program about importance of self care, boundaries, chemicals in food prep/storage containers, cleaning solutions and stuff we put on our bodies. I am no longer on hormone meds that was prescribed because Dr. believe that I had an imbalance and that was why I was feeling the way I was feeling but I had in my head it was more than that. I have gained energy, more & better sleep, increased happiness and self care and awareness. I have lost weight, bloating, heavy feeling in my belly, anxiety, stress, headaches, backache and moodiness. I’m now able to allow myself to have time for self care without the guilt because it is best for me & my family when I can be focused and joyful. This journey has taught me a healthy lifestyle for my body & mind. I have learned to embrace that I am just human and make mistakes…. Just take a moment -BREATHE and get back on track! My Southbay Wellness journey has made me healthier in my mind body and soul. Although my program is ending this is not the end of my journey. I will continue to better myself with healthy choices for my WHOLE Body so I can be there for what means the most to me My Family!
