One of the best decisions I ever made was to try Vitalife , but the ironic thing is that it wasn't what I was  really  setting out to do . I had no intentions of starting another diet. I had first heard about South Bay Wellness on the radio. The DJ was talking about the Weight Loss program he was doing through them. After hearing all the positive things I went to sign up. The program is great but the people there are awesome! My coach Janeen is so supportive and very knowledgeable. She completely understands the ups and downs when it comes to losing weight but also the importance of taking care of yourself. 😊

Over the past two years I tried several fad diets and failed on all of them. A few of my friends decided to try Vitalife and we’re having great success. I made my appointment and after three months and 38 pounds later I’m ecstatic. This program works!!! Lorraine is wonderful and is there for you every step of the way. I am beyond happy that I started on this journey. I’m finally getting my life back.

When I first started my program at South Bay in March of 2021, I was immensely depressed, filled with unbearable anxiety, very underweight, and so unhappy. I was going through an e-cigarette pod everyday, which is equivalent to an entire pack of cigarettes; as well as smoking weed multiple times a day to cope with my anxiety.

I was at the point where I knew I wanted help but I couldn’t find what I needed and I didn’t know where to start. The idea of taking prescription medicine to help gave me more anxiety because of my family’s history with addiction. I tried to just push through and tell myself if I do this or if i obtain that, my anxiety and depression will go away. I also thought the way I was feeling couldn’t be real, and that I must just be crazy. My talk therapy (which I am a HUGE advocate for and still do and love today) wasn’t cutting it anymore. I definitely would recommend South Bay Wellness. Signing up for the Vitalife program was the best decision I ever made. My coach Janeen is amazing, always super supportive and full of knowledge. When I leave the office after our appointment, I am always motivated. When I stick to the program, I can’t explain how good I feel. It started off about losing weight but as I’ve worked the program, it’s become more about having a healthy lifestyle, but the weight loss is a great bonus!! It’s been an amazing experience for me!

If you’ve been struggling to lose weight and get healthy, I strongly recommend you go to South Bay Wellness. After years of trying to lose weight, a serious health scare, and generally feeling unhealthy, I took the advice of some friends who are clients there and went. I stumbled upon SouthBay Wellness Center because I was at a point in my life that I felt tired when it came to trying to be healthy. I mean I have significant knowledge when it comes to natural living and healing the body but at this stage I just assumed I had now developed a medical issue and I just didn’t want to keep trying to figure out what to do when anything I was trying wasn’t working and I couldn’t commit anyway. I didn’t want my first stop to be with a primary care physician as I have little faith in conventional medicine when it comes to other things besides physical trauma . I started with this program February 2021 and I have seen amazing results Already. I was that person that tried every fat diet and every system you could think of and I got little to no results and this program really truly works.The amazing team in the Bohemia office is amazing everyone is super helpful. My coach Lorraine has guided me all the way she likes to brainstorm with me come up with ideas. She's been super helpful and answers my million questions...
