Working with Cory from Solid Rock Properties was a great experience. We were just starting the process of listing our house when we found our dream home. We knew there were a few updates that needed to be made before we could list our house, and we didn't want to miss out on the opportunity on our dream home closer to my new job. When considering the "hassle" of buying and selling houses such as inspections, closing costs, contingencies, etc. we found the process overwhelming. Working with Cory was well worth it. It was such a simple process. We basically just had to show up on closing day to sign papers. He took care of everything. No inspections, no showings, and no hassle. If I had to do it all over again I would. The only regret I have is not calling him...
