The following is a testimony on our experience with Cory and Rachel Leman of Solid Rock Properties. We began our journey approximately two years ago. We decided to build our forever home out in the country.
​We had lived in our first home for fifteen years. Our initial plan consisted of making repairs and improvements to our home before placing it on the market. However, we soon realized managing new construction, home repairs, work, and life was just too much.

I reached out to Cory and Rachel at Solid Rock Properties to come look at my sister’s house after she passed unexpectedly. They were both very professional, understanding and patient with us as we worked our way through the heartbreak of loosing our loved one. Rachel gathered all the information that was needed durning our first conversation and upon meeting Cory at the property at a later time, a one on one full walk through of the house was done.
