Loane is very professional! She is always on time and the apartment always looks and smells fresh and clean when she has completed her service. I recommend SOAP!

It’s been a hit and miss at times as the cleaners coming through changes over time. Some are better than others. My last 2 cleans (6th and 20/02/2026) have been great. Cleaner was meticulous and applied the expected care expected by asking before hand what I would like done for the day. Frank has been great in managing the client relationship with much care.

Had a clean last week and it was honestly great. Everything was really straightforward and I appreciated the transparency and honesty the whole way through.

I found Soap Cleaning to be very reliable always on time and good communication through the Supervisor. The cleaning is excellent and if you want anything done in particular just ask them and they will do it without any fuss. That's what makes them different to other services, the cleaning of specific areas not normally covered in a general clean. I am happy to recommend them to future customers.
