Professional and quick to respond

We had storm damage in October and we hired Smart Air Environmental to carry out water/Mold damage tests on our property. John was very knowledgeable with these tests and got us booked in quickly to get the tests carried out. Scott carried out the tests and was also very knowledgeable on the whole mold and water damage scope of testing. They had much better test equipment than other local test company's and took much more care in testing areas with possible issues. Some of the areas that the other company's test equipment was showing as dry was actually soaking wet. Their mold testing equipment also picked up mold problems that were hidden. I would not hesitate to recommended john and his employees.
