Smart Air Environmental was born out of our Secure Inspection Services organization due to excessive water loss from Hurricans along the coast of North and South Carolinas. I trained in various lab based seminars that lead me first to the Medical University of SC in 1996, 1999, 2000 & 2001. As we continured to work with top of the line restoration contractors we moved deeper into Water Damage Assessments and environmental screening technologies and new relationships with the National Organization of Mold Inspectors and Remediators. Today we have several field technicians that are certified in mold screening and water damage along with myself John Gainey the owner becoming licensed in the State of Florida as a Licensed Mold Assessor as #MRSA4632. This licensing assures any client that we are currently meeting and exceading the expactations of our commercial and residential market including the knowledge base of the IICRC S500 & S5200 guides to water damage and mold releated building issues. I have the services to meet most of the needs of our coastal clientele.
