I came in with no model no serial not even a part number. Ricardo took the time to help me find the equipment i had and even located the part. He made it look so simple,his customer services skills is nothing like what you see today plus the knowledge he brings to the table on how to replace parts. Hes simply a A+ employee. I would hire him in a heartbeat if i could!!
