I initially called Simply Tidy to inquire about having two of our upstairs carpets cleaned. From the very beginning, the customer service was exceptional —very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I was able to schedule the cleaning within 2 days. Josiah showed up on time, and did an excellent job on our carpets!! He was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Our carpets look brand new again!!! Very happy with the cleaning and we plan to have them back again soon, for additional upholstery/carpet cleaning services —and possibly even more services!! I'm not normally the Guy who hires someone to clean his house. However, I was compiling a list of Small Businesses/Privately Owned. Absolutely, hit the Jackpot with these people. "Sam" and "Crystal" (might not be their real names) left my house sparkling. You know how you leave a room unattended, it just feels flat? Sam and Crystal brought it back. I don't know what they did in the bathrooms, but I was looking for the empty boxes of New Toilets. They look brand new. I, literally, could sing their praises all day. This place is a Diamond ~ Give them your business.
