Simply Hear Audiology

I've only been to two hearing test businesses with a number of years in between. Several things I liked about Simply Hear was; it was across the street from my primary care doctor, very convenient, and close to home. I think what impressed me the most between the two was the first impression attitude, and second the convenience of parking. Simply Hear was more parking friendly. Her friendly staff, most importantly Dr. Robin welcomed me, made me feel at ease, the friendly Secretary and atmosphere. Dr. Fiscus's friendly attitude to talk with re my hearing problem, and suggesting I submit a claim for my hearing loss. I was skeptical that my claim would be accepted due to my old age. My hearing loss began nearly 30 years before I retired as a Civil Servant for the US Navy plus another long period of time between 25-30 year after I retired to file a claim. I had no documentation to show for hearing loss. The only time I complained about it was when my wife began yelling at me. She said I should have my hearing tested. There was a long period of waiting after Dr. Fiscus filed all of the paperwork and submitted my claim. I had a feeling my claim was not being approved due to the long wait, then all of a sudden I received a letter for an appointment to see another Doctor for her 2nd opinion. After another waiting period of over about 2 monhs, I received a phonecall from Dr. Robin Fiscus, "Harold, your Hearing Aids just arrived! C'mon over!!" "PTL" The wait was over. Now I can hear better!! My family won't tell me to lower the TV. Many Thanks to Dr. Robin Fiscus, I can Simply Hear!!
